Courage is Beautiful

God told us what to do in Psalms 27:14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.  So see even God wants us to be courageous. He wants us to stand up for Him we need to honor God as he should be. The bible says in Proverbs 28:1 The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion. So if we are strong then we will be as bold as a lion!  Dorothy Bernard said something that has stuck with me she said "Courage is fear that has said its prayers." We will have courage if we pray and God wants to talk to us. 

The Teacher

  Have you ever been going though something and wondered where God was? He was there with you standing by you. He said in Joshua 1:9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. So see He is always with us He said in Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. God wants you to be brave and follow Him that is what He made you for. He may not talk to you all the time but He is there through what ever you are going through. I just wanted to say when I saw only one set of footprint I was thanking the lord for carrying me because I couldn't do it myself it was too hard but he helped me! So I want you to remember when you are going through something hard and wonder where God is remember the teacher is ALWAYS quiet during a test!

Life Guard

       Jesus is our life guard. He looks out for us when we need it and when we don't. He can see farther down the road than we can so we should just trust him! Jesus tells us this many times in the bible in Proverbs 3:5 - Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.  Also in 2 Corinthians 5:7  For we live by faith, not by sight. So he new we would try to walk by ourselves or he would not have put it in there. So he know what we are going through. Our life guard is always there stand next to he said in Psalm 23:4  Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.  So what do we really have to fear? Life is a beautiful thing If you don't live in fear all the time. I know its hard I deal with it to but he helps me! i hope he helps you. He would never put you in a situation that you couldn't handle. Just remember that when your drowning in life don't worry your life guard walks on water! 

Choices! How to Deal with them.

     Wisdom is making the right the right choice, the first choice to notice is that you have a choice. If you have a choice how do you think you will make it? God is the source of wisdom. Its says in James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. So if you have trouble making or deciding on a choice God wants to help. He give wisdom freely and never makes you feel small for asking  for help.

      Temptation is a situation where knowledge is power! We can be enticed or tempted into sin, but we don't have to consent to it. Satan know where he is leading you. He doesn't show you the death at the end of the road. He only shows us the enticements at the beginning.  He only shows us what we aren't supposed to do.  He know what he is doing he  will make it sound so good like "God doesn't care" or "Nothing bad will happen". He loves getting people in trouble.

God can help with resisting you just have to ask! One best way to not make a bad choice is to make the right choice first. There will always be temptations but before you yield think about what the outcome of your choice will be. You always have a choice. You might not want to make it but you have a choice. The big choices can help us with making the little ones. Because it says in the bible that Satan and his angels will be cast into hell. So make the right choices with his help! Don't be one of Satan's angels.

Promises Promises

If you are saved through Jesus Christ you are going to heaven! It says in Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. The bible says in Revelation 21:4  And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.  In Isaiah 11:6 it says The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. God has promised us so much all he ask of us is that we go. if we need something all we have to do is ask and if it is in his will he will do it. God sent his only son to die for us and if you think he is not gonna take care of you you need to go read your bible! He loves us enough to send his ONLY son! He promised a home in heaven it says so in John 14:2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. God has promised that his grace was sufficient it says in Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God. he also gives us the victory in I Corinthians But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. He also promises that that all god things will work together ! its say that in Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. So god will take care of us and when it is time he will call his church home!

The yellow dot in a blue dot world

The world lately is giving Christian a bad name they are calling us haters and judges. 1 Samuel 16:7 But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart. I think this verse is saying that Christians need to be ourselves. That we need to be different to let the world know that we are so proud to be one of Gods children. We need to be the yellow dot in a blue dot world. We should not have to tell people we are a Christian they should just know that we love God. The world should want to be like us they should see God in us. The only way that that is accomplished is through prayer and walking with him. When you walk with God you can be surprised in so many ways you can learn so much. You can have so many friends. You will never be alone he is always with you. So be a yellow dot in a blue dot's world!
